Ozone Endurance Challenge

Description
Ozone Endurance Challenge run (#OEC) is a lovingly crafted, yet simple, family friendly event directed by Will Jorgensen and some of The Pistol Ultra Run team.
It will take place May 30 thru June 3, 2018 at beautiful, family friendly Camp Ozone near Rockwood, Tennessee (near Knoxville). Runners will follow a beautiful 2 mile loop course through the camp and the surrounding woods around Ozone Lake and Fall Creek. (USATF certification pending.)
The course consists of about two thirds shaded double track dirt which is almost all flat and relatively smooth (for trails). Then for variety, there are some sections of shaded/sporadically shaded gravel drive thrown in (with a grass shoulder to run on, if you prefer). The overall elevation gain is only about 60' per mile.
This event features timed races for 6, 12 (both day and night versions), 24, 36, 48, 72, and even a crazy long 96 hours! It is a great course for beginners and veterans alike, walkers and runners. Crawling is even permitted!
To be an official finisher and score a medal, you only have to complete one 2 mile loop. How easy is that?! But of course your goal is to complete as many laps as possible within your chosen time limit. If you complete 50-98 miles, you will also proudly take home an Ozone mug. And if you're a really crazy runner and crank out 100 or more miles, you will really step up your bling collection with a super cool custom belt buckle. So...how many laps can you deliver?
