Description
Our mission:
We are volunteers who work together to create a healthy and positive environment for families in our community by linking them to available resources.
Description:
The resource linkage approach is the best way for families to receive the care they need. Often times families can utilize resources that are available to them in their local communities. Many families just simply do not know what resources are available from government programs, non-profit organizations, or counseling services.
Our goal is to help these families by putting them in touch with a variety of organizations, all with the goal of keeping kids safe and helping families grow stronger.
Community Advisory Board:
We also function as a communicative board that shares information and collaborates with the Department of Children Services (DCS) pertaining to community issues and needs.
